Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support and help desk services (application and infrastructure)
Work with Customer Service team to analyze, identify root cause of problems and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Take the ownership to keep track of application issues and their status
Assist in hardware/software/network monitoring, maintenance, installation and deployment tasks
On-call duty is required

Required Experience/Skills:

Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years solid experience in providing application/system support to clients
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skill
Hands-on technical support and implementation experience in MS Windows Server/Linux environment, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Tomcat, Java
A MCDBA holder preferred
Previous experience in supporting time critical financial application or knowledge in Bullion/Forex market is highly preferred.
Must be responsible, well-organized and able to work under pressure
A proactive team player with passion to strive for the excellence
Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
