Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk and desktop support for client
- Provide support in IT infrastructure (i.e. servers. Desktops and other peripherals)
- Set up, install, configure and troubleshoot the hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to IT projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- 1-2 years working experience in helpdesk / desktop support.
- Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good command in spoken and written in both Cantonese and English.
* Fresh graduate will also be consideration
