Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of validation of quality control work
• Supervise the operation of analytical laboratory to carry out quality routine physical, chemical and analytical testing.
• Maintain HOKLAS accreditation for the laboratory to maintain high & actuate testing results
• Establish and implement new methodologies, analytical tools for chemical and analytical tests methods to manage food safety risk in the plant
• Implement statistical data collection and analysis throughout for continuous improvement
• Monitor the nutritional value of finished products to comply with the declared labelling, and the quality standard of utilities, environmental, sanitation and hygiene
• Provide professional support to manufacturing process

Requirements:

• University science degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology or related disciplines or with minimum 5 years of solid testing experience in Analytical or Chemistry Laboratory
• At least 2 years of validation work
• Knowledge in maintaining HOKLAS accreditation is preferred
• Proficiency in analytical and chemical analytical skills
• Analytical minded with sense of problem solving skill to tackle quality issues
• Good sense of risk management and urgency when handling ad-hoc quality issues
• Good in written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Team player and willing to pick up challenge.
• Candidate with less experiences would be consider as QC Officer
