Our client is a local company with China & US factories, and well reputation in the home decor and floral industry to US chain and department stores. With business expansion in the region, the team needs to increase manpower, and they are now looking for a high caliber candidate to fill up the following position

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility to develop, establish and maintain good relationship and professional advice to clients and business partners
• Closely communicate and cooperate with in/external parties (e.g: US buyers, China teams, designers, partners and vendors from diversified cultural background), responsible the whole merchandising process to lead clients' projects (OEM / ODM) effectively from order confirmation, order arrangement, product development, quality controls and etc 
• Understand US market, the latest trend, clients' needs and esquires, in order to advise creative ideas and assist them in sourcing innovative items and identify suppliers if needed.
• Prepare quotation, sampling, conference presentation, or business trips for client meetings and events if needed.

Responsibilities:                                                                 

• Degree holder in Law or other relevant discipline
• At least 8 years of merchandising experience, at least 4 years in management level
• Previous experience in handling US chain marketing is an advantage
• Good experience and product management skills in lifestyle, home décor, light furniture categories would be highly desired
• Good negotiation and problem- solving skills; enable to handle projects independently from end to end and good to work under pressure and time constraint. 
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to direct communication with overseas buyers and suppliers
