Responsibilities:

• Understand market needs in lingerie wear
• Monitor industry development, new product opportunities and clients’ business directions
• Strike a balance between designers and clients
• Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility and production issues
• Work with other departments to establish a design and product development strategy

Requirements

• Degree holder in Product Development, Garment Design, Production, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in garment manufacturing
• Experience in lingerie wear and sportswear preferred
• Good mindset and skills to communicate with designers and clients
• Good EQ and approachable personality
• Have a passion for new products and keep up to date about market trend
• Any nationalities welcome but must be able to communicate fluently in English as incumbent has to deal with management staff and expatriates who are non- Chinese
• The job is abased in Zhongshan Monday to Friday in company provided dormitory
