Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate between HK Sales office and HZ Factory regarding to production & sample orders
• To co-ordinate & follow the production planning
• Work closely with Factory management & production team VS shipment schedule
• To enhance and ensure the improvement in production efficiency
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Form 7 or above with at least 3 years relevant working experience
• Stay in Huizhou Factory at least 3 to 4 days per week
• PRC factory working experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP, experience in Epicor and / or Kingdee would be an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office plus strong typing skill (Chi & Eng)
• Good command of Putonghua, Cantonese & basic English will be an preferred
• Mature, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available preferred
