Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Hong Kong Digital Practice. The post holder will serve as a Manager Client Experience, Digital, using their passion for all things digital and deep understanding of technical capabilities coupled with a high standard of account servicing to drive forward innovative digital projects for clients and colleagues alike.

Managing the full lifecycle of projects from receiving the brief to ensuring that the execution exceeds expectations through strong project management skills.

You will join a dedicated group of 18 digital specialists, working on multiple accounts for a diverse range of clients at a global, regional and market level.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Client facing technical lead, translating technical terminology into relatable opportunities
  2. Leading strategic, integrated proposals across the full array of communication platforms in a collaborative approach with PR Practices to develop digitally centered programs
  3. Seamless project execution and resource management
  4. Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 

Requirements

  1. A pro-active, passionate approach to all things digital: bringing your ideas to life through explanations that engage and excite internal and external audiences
  2. Create and manage tactical campaigns and programs
  3. Experience in budget forecasting and project management
  4. Enthusiasm for strategic planning and business development  
  5. Mentoring junior staff in the latest tech developments
  6. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, a team player who can collaborate with a range of people to devise the best approach to the work in hand
  7. A minimum of 4 years’ working experience in a related role
  8. Knowledge of the full online eco-system: analytics, website builds, content and distribution strategies, social media, EDM’s, App’s etc.
  9. Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory, Mandarin preferable.
