Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, PlayTex, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree… just to name a few!).

This position is responsible for the strategic growth of the portfolio Distributors and Exporters. The role sets targets, identifies opportunities to grow partnerships and builds the total value of the portfolio. Managing the development of the talent with team to development of deeper relationships with the partners and grow value of partnership. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build relationships with all distributors within the portfolio and identifies areas of strengths and development. Puts plan in place to maximize the relationship and identify areas of support.
  • Understands the financial drivers across the portfolio, identifying areas of opportunity and puts plan in place to grow.
  • Uses their internal network to act as the connection point between Distributors and Edgewell and identifies opportunities to represent across the Hub’s portfolio. Influences the organization to support the requirement of the Distributor and market needs.
  • Oversees the development of the marketing plan with the partner and works with team members to put plan in to action with regular reviews.
  • Builds awareness of the needs of the distributor across Edgewell.
  • Frequent travel is required (around 30-40%).

We are looking for someone who has at least 7 years of working experience in commercial sales & marketing.  Experience in FMCG product/brand management is ideal.  You should have a degree in Business / Marketing or related discipline, MBA is a definte plus.   Experience in achieving results through influencing distributors is essential.  We must see you as a seasoned business leader demonstrating strong influential skills, leadership, strategic thinking & change management skills. 

This is a permanent position based in Hong Kong and we are offering a competitive salary.
