Job Description
JOB NATURE
- formulate and implement corporate branding and PR & advertising to drive the business and increase brand awareness for the Company
- develop clear vision for the business and to the sales strategy, budget planning and implement portfolio guidelines and brand plans
- developing integrated digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to social media maintenance, creative campaign, video campaign, website production, O2O solution, media placement, Social CRM, etc.
- keep track record to review performance of marketing activities to find continuous improvements
- drive marketing strategies and advertising & PR plans including online & offline
- measure performance and analyze against goals and KPIs
- provide insight to business on events, trends, competitors and retail practices
- plan and control marketing budget to achieve optimal results for Company
- work closely with Operations Department to ensure a smooth execution of in-store promotion and marketing activities
- work closely with Business Development to ensure a smooth execution of new-store opening, exhibitions & marketing support for distributors
- build & manage a team of 3~5
REQUIREMENT
- bachelor degree in any Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
- minimum 10-year solid working experience in retail marketing, with at least 5-year managerial experience
- sound analytical skill and strong in strategic planning
- sensitive to market changing conditions, analytical and creative
- fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese
- candidates with less experience could be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
