Main Responsibilities:

-        Assist with day to day maintenance of online/ social media initiatives

-        Assist with set up of our HK website, and update promotion by monthly

-        Assist with marketing communications for events and exhibitions, provide ad-hoc on-site supports for all kind of marketing events and activities

-        Assist sales team to organize and set-up suppliers’ events e.g. Winemaker dinner and tasting, etc.

-        Write up and edit marketing materials such as brouchures, eDMs, press release, assist with POSM preparation, sales figures analysis, promotion reports, Plan and implement necessary promotion programs, including the designing and production of sales tool-kits, POSM and brand visibility.

-        Responsible for post and collecting event and promotion report.

-        Responsible for event calendar formulation and assist to actualize the event reservations.

-        Key contact person for HK office with Shanghai head office for marketing and design matters

-        Assist with trade marketing budget tracking, monitor and consolidation.

-        Write up winery visit schedule - corporate with sales to arrange the schedule including sales visit, wine event venue, accommodation.

-        Timely update following related monthly Marketing Report

Position Requirements:

-        Degree holder or above is preferred with at least 1-2 year working experience in the relevant fields.

-        With an outgoing and proactive, fast-learning independent

-        Solid working knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-        Prioritize workload, manage multiple project and meet deadlines for various and ad hoc marketing deliverable and able to work in fast paced working environment

-        Willing to work in tough environment with tight schedule

-        Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin

-        Familiar wine knowledge is preferred

-        Working knowledge Photoshop is preferred
