RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximize donations by developing donor network and communicating with external parties
• Liaise with government departments, organizations and corporations on existing and new programme to enhance our service, public awareness and image
• Handle public relations matters including media reporting and enquiries
• Coordinate with Operations Team in facilitating collections from recycling points and donors
• Develop marketing materials, events and campaigns and assist in increase the number of beneficiaries and number of items distributed to the needy
• Plan and follow through projects that include new government-sponsored programme and new channel development e.g. E-commerce platform , membership programme etc.
• Assist in other marketing and development functions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Marketing / Management discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing or related field
• Demonstrate good skills in verbal communication.  Event MC experience is preferred
• Adept at handling complaints
• Good command of oral & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in using Microsoft application including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator is preferred
