Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager – Corporate Communication
• Coordinate and execute corporate communication initiatives to enhance corporate image and transparency
• Prepare corporate collaterals in terms of design layout and content drafting, including annual report, interim report, sustainability report, internal memos, etc.
• Formulate proposals for one nationwide green campaign and organize two volunteer activities in Hong Kong every calendar year
• Work closely with mainland colleagues on day-to-day communications
• Coordinate with vendors and manage their deliverables and performance
• Handle public inquiries and maintain corporate website
• Perform minimal administrative work for the team

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably degree in Communications, Journalism, Translation, English or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant corporate communications or public relations experience. Experience in financial PR agencies and HK listed companies is preferable.
• A good team player. Self-motivated, diligent, willing to learn, able to work independently.
• Excellent command of Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an asset.
• Exposure in sustainability reporting is an asset.
• Good PC skills (including MS PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese word processing.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
