The Job

This role will act as a leader and driver in exploring business opportunities for all regions particularly the Mainland China market.

• To build strong partnerships and sales networks in driving market growth.
• To work with various internal teams ensuring the company's objectives on sales are met.
• To be the leader in marketing, working closely with top Management to further promoting the branding, building strategy and implementing it to different markets.
• To work closely with top Management in further developing strategic sales and marketing plans and to understand where the growth opportunities lie within each region.

Your Profile

• Graduates of higher diploma or degree holders in Marketing, Management or Business.
• Must have solid experiences and have managed both Sales or Marketing responsibilities.
• Must have strong business and commercial senses and a self-starter with excellent sales management, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experiences of driving both on-line and off-line sales are required.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Must be proactive, creative and have a strong sales track record.
• Experiences in handling grooming & beauty products, small electric appliances or other consuming products are definitely advantages.
• Be flexible to working both in Hong Kong or China and will be available to travel to overseas when necessary.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
