Job Description

Established in 1991, Super X (SX) is an interdisciplinary retail, exporting and OEM sportwear brand that cultivates the intersection of garment, innovation, healthcare and commerce. Trademarked in 1995 with retail POS, distribution outlets and custom-made team wear with its original focus on Basketball, SX started to invest in R&D for technology functional sport apparel and collect its first patent in 2009 with the Air Insulation Technology (X Air) and ultra-soft green apparel (X Tender). SX joined forces with ACCAPI from Italy which started its R&D in Milan since 1984 with its original focus on technical socks for all sports. Combined both expertise in the garment industry, the group started to diversify in the production of technical performance base layer with the associated line of patented technologies – ACCAPI FIR (FarInfraRed), AEC, EQT, Crystal Trama Tech and most recently (2018) ACCAPI Wave Trama Tech, to address specific individual needs in ready-to-wear Performance, Recovery and Wellness solutions. The group of wearable health technology business expanded in Europe, Russia, Scandinavian countries, Japan and China recently.

Candidates must have strong senses in marketing, advertising, media and corporate communication, a collaborative spirit and a passion for FashionTECH. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a young, dynamic and elite team critical to SX’s success. This team helps to fuel the innovation and growth of SX’s core products and offers the ability to have a significant impact. This position is full-time and will be located in our Hong Kong office.

 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Create and deliver compelling sales & marketing campaigns using industry knowledge, market trends, global ambassadors, professional tests and case studies to maximize brand value proposition and inspire customer pay-to-action to achieve annual KPI.
  • Oversight and management of regional marketing projects including advertising campaigns, brand collaborations, runway fashion shows, trade shows, media activities, and more.
  • Prospect and penetrate distributors and strategic partners to deliver direct response regional advertising and branding events.
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized regional media PR solutions.
  • Prospect and partner with agencies and organizations and by building relationships with key decision makers.
  • Market research on new or potential market demography, customer satisfaction, pricing and yield goals.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Creative Media or related field. Knowledge in Fashion & Textile, Medical, Sports and Bio Science shall be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experiences in Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations or Advertising.
  • Hands on experiences and related connections in fashion, retail, reseller channel and vertical market shall be an advantage.
  • Practical MS Office, Photoshop, Adobe user and attention to detail on words and images
  • Customer-centric person who is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Japanese, French or Spanish speaker shall be an advantage.
  • Interest in technology and the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms.
  • Goal-oriented team player who demonstrate ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
