Job Description

Job Duties

Attending production meetings, meeting the requirements of our clients, and doing on-site execution on the event date
Co-ordinating with in-house designers and technicians for the arrangements of the events
Assisting the team in managing client's portfolio
Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks

Vacancy Requirements

Matriculated with no more than 5 years agency experience or related
Strong interpersonal and customer relations
Self motivated and able to work under pressure
Conversant in English and Mandarin
Good organizational skills with outstanding attention to details
Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
Quick thinking and positive attitude
