We are a small size trading and quality control company for European and USA market, now we are sincerely invite a talent to join our dynamic team and support our daily office activities, able to handle financial records and expenses. (Lai Chi Kwok MTR)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintenance of office equipment, stationary; orders replacement supplies as needed.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Preparing travel arrangements, booking for hotel accommodations and air tickets, train tickets etc.
  • Schedule in-house (such as, Organizing special functions, such as, annual dinner, birthday celebration for our staff) and external events.
  • Perform HR duties including recruitment, payroll, staff profile, office policies etc.
  • Processing tax payments and return
  • Manage all accounting transactions including financial statements
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Audit financial transactions and documents

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in HR & Admin Officer, Accounting are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
