We are a well established engineering group specialized in green power solutions, E&M engineering, electrical equipments solutions and building services projects. We are looking for the following post:

Responsibilities                                 

• Daily accounting duties including issue quotation, DN, invoices, receipts
• Prepare cheques, voucher, data entries and filing
• Follow up AR and AP. Call for local customers to chase outstanding payment
• Bank in cheques every day
• Familiar with ERP system
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• F. 5 graduate or above
• At least 1 year working experience in accounting work
• Good knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• With basic accounting knowledge or LCCI Level I
• Patient, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese 
• Self-,motivated and responsible
• Work location : San Po Kong
