Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting operations, mainly performing accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking functions and staff reimbursement;
- Input data, vouchers, payment, bank reconciliation, accounting schedules and filing;
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in accounting or above;
- At least 2 years experience in accounting;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Good Excel;
- Peachtree experience preferred;
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
