Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for wide range of office administration functions for the company include filing, drafting memo and meeting minutes, arranging business trip and proofreading document.
• Help preparing proposal and work with the team on site when events are held.
• Provide secretarial support to the Head.
• Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries of Phoenix Group.

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Business Administration is preferable.
• With at least 4 years of working experience.
• Good command of Word/Excel/Powerpoint, etc, proficient in Chinese Word Processing with good writing skills.
• Must be very detail-oriented and meticulous.      
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
