Responsibilities:

To assist in providing:

• administrative support including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment etc.
• full spectrum of HR function including recruitment & selection, leave administration, staff attendance record, payroll & sales commission calculations etc.
• To handle data input and filing documents as well as memo preparation
• Plus ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Initiative, diligent, responsible, well-organised and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available preferred
