Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement training and development policies and guidelines in order to regulate the training activities effectively.
  • Design and conduct training needs survey and devise annual training plan and budget in order to cope with the Bank’s business strategies and staff development needs.
  • Develop and organize training and educational programmes in connection with management and job skill development, on-the-job training and employee orientation.
  • Identify and recommend appropriate training solutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training with knowledge of various aspects of training including training needs assessment and programme development.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with banking/financial sector exposure an advantage.
  • Excellent report writing skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Occasional business travels to Mainland China is required.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
