Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement training and development policies and guidelines in order to regulate the training activities effectively.
- Design and conduct training needs survey and devise annual training plan and budget in order to cope with the Bank’s business strategies and staff development needs.
- Develop and organize training and educational programmes in connection with management and job skill development, on-the-job training and employee orientation.
- Identify and recommend appropriate training solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training with knowledge of various aspects of training including training needs assessment and programme development.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with banking/financial sector exposure an advantage.
- Excellent report writing skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Occasional business travels to Mainland China is required.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
