My client is one of the largest FMCG Groups. They are truly global and have a huge office here in Hong Kong. They are carrying out a lot of E-Commerce in China with most of their stores in Europe & US. They have a great international and collaborative atmosphere and looking to expand even further.
Technology/Hong Kong/Permanent
- You will be a professional with 5 years of experience in supporting and implementing HR Systems (HRIS) - MUST
- You will partner with the global head office implementation teams
- You have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate with different business units across the region.

- Manage the roadmap and timeline of HR systems implementations
- Manage new system implementations
- Lead and drive the payroll interface project to deploy quality solutions
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, find solutions
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders globally
- Initiate and manage new requirements to existing HR systems
- Support the global head office initiatives
- Provide hands-on operational support for HR and End-users
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting HR systems
- HR System integration & Interface management experience required
- Full cycle HR systems implementation experience required – such as Core HR, applicant tracking, employee self-service etc.
- Successful background working in large, complex multinational system environments
- Understanding interdependences between systems and downstream impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Information Systems
- Solid written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to the staff at all levels
- Cantonese & German language skills are advantageous
