Responsibilities

• Manages the priorities and establishes and/or implements operating procedures, standards, performance and required administrative work; Make suggestions regarding budgets, operation and improvement of services and standards;
• Initiate and maintains effective communication within the team and other departments;
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching team to maintain excellent service standard;
• Monitor and control inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies;
• Respond to guest queries and requests with a friendly and helpful demeanor;
• Coordinate work activities among departments;
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems; bring solution to Operations Manager;
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
• Good communication and written skills in both English, Mandarin & Chinese and computer literacy
• Good organization skills, leadership and execution
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Willing and able to take new challenge.   Immediately available would be a definite advantage
• Candidate with less experience may consider as Housekeeper Lead
