Responsibilities:

• Handle L/C documents and full set of shipping documents;
• Handle local and China import and export shipment to worldwide, follow up sales order and shipping schedule;
• Coordinate with various parties for shipping arrangement;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• At least 2-3 years experiences in handling full set of I/E and banking documents;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and hands-on experience on ERP system;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin;
• High initiative, independent and quick learner able to work under pressure;
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferable.
