What will you do?

• To conduct recruitment activities for people search in property management industries; including effective channels sourcing,applications screening & interviews, job offering, on boarding processes and relevant duties
• Act as business partner to understand different business units’ manpower needs, provide HR advices, recruitment strategies & follow up
• To coordinate internal and external recruitment activities, organize job fairs and arrange job advertisement
• To assist in employer brand building projects
• To prepare recruitment statistics and analysis on regular basis
• To participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Do you have a right profile?

• Holder of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experiences in corporate recruitment in sizable organization, with solid experience of recruitment in property management will be an advantage
• Good understanding of Employment Ordinance & HR general practices
• Excellent candidate sourcing skills and well versed in various recruitment channels
• Well-organized, strong in people communication, positive work attitude and able to work independently
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing

Less experience candidate may be considered for the post of Human Resources Officer.
