Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly roster for front-line staff according to skills and user requirement
• Provide administrative support for Operations including materials purchasing
  
• Provide assistance to formulate operations guidance
• Operations data entry and prepare related report

Requirements:

• Form 5, diploma or above
• 3 – 5 years of operations support or administrative experience
• Experience in large logistics or production operations preferred
• Can-do attitude and pay attention to details
• Good command of written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Flexible to work in rostering (08:15 – 17:15 / 09:00 – 18:00) and 7 shift days off per month
