Job Descriptions

• Support full spectrum of complex payroll duties, and do the payroll consolidation on
• group and local level
• Assist to formulate and prepare different incentive schemes
• Participate in HR projects including manpower budget, payroll outsourcing project,
• performance appraisal, insurance and benefits schemes renewal etc
• Prepare tax filing and MPF/pension contribution etc 
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the business growth

Key requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Around 5 years’ experience in payroll and C&B
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and taxation legislation
• Strong analytical thinking with good numerical sense
• Proficiency in MS Applications, Word/Excel skills required
• Fluent in both English, Putonghua and Chinese (Detail-minded with immaculate grammar and spelling)
• Energetic, positive and a good team player
• Imminently Available or short notice preferred
