Responsibilities:

• Talent Mapping and Communication
• Handle the full process by identifying clients' needs for executive search / recruitment by searching candidates, screening and negotiations and follow up
• Based on the hiring needs to identify the best methods to fill up the post in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and by email.
• Administer relevant assessments and professional competency checks; collect and verify the candidate documents and credentials.
• Provide professional consultations and market information to both clients and candidates 
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assigned by supervisor

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, detail minded, well organized, team player with “can do” attitude to work with different parties
• Self- motivated, result oriented and with drive to achieve
• Ability to adapt multi-task with tight deadlines
