Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and monitor the execution of Human Resources management policies and procedures
- Provide professional advice on manpower planning, staff motivation and retention, C&B and employee relations that suits the business direction
- Day-today operation management of HR activities in full function
- Being a driver to co-work with top management and division managers for HR issues and recommendations
- Oversee and manage General Administration
- Manage office renovation projects, daily office maintenance and procurement
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 -8 years of generalist HR experience (Candidate with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Manager)
- HR generalist with sound know how on HR practices & system and familiar with employment ordinance
- Hands-on experience in planning, designing and implementation of C&B initiatives including incentive scheme, recognition program, motivation mechanism & grading structure
- Strong analytical skills and detail minded with high sensitivity to numbers and details
- Immediately available is highly preferred
