Job Description
Danish company with chain clinics
5-day work (0900-1830)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide secretarial and administrative duties to General Manager.
Prepare quotations, follow up customers' enquiries
Liaise with suppliers on stock ordering and shipment arrangement.
Plan and monitor the inventory and stock movement
Responsible for sales administrative support, such as data processing, document preparation
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Higher/ Tertiary education with relevant experience
Have 3-4 years or above relevant experience
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Attentive to details and accuracy
Able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
