Job Duties:

• Handle full spectrum of office administration and HR functions
• Provide secretarial and administrative support
• Familiar with tickets and hotels reservation
• Assist in office repair, maintenance and renovation projects
• Organize, maintain and update reports, records, and filing systems
• Follow up ad-hoc projects independently with self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• Coordinate with different departments in the company

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Good team player, Hardworking & willing to work under pressure
• Immediate available
• At least 2 years working experience (The candidate with more experience will be considered the post of Administration Executive)
