What’s the job?

An experienced Manager to guide, develop and support a team of 15-20 associates. You will be the team’s professional focal point, ensuring they meet (and surpass) their performance goals, monitoring their level of customer service delivered by phone/email/online chats and perform quality assurance, analyzing and conducting effective feedback conversations and more. You will also identify each associate’s strengths and areas of personal and professional growth, develop and guide them through their career stages.

Have you accomplished this kind of qualification?

• 1-2 years of previous work experience, preferably in the service industry
• 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Exposure to an international work environment, preferably an MNC
• Native or close to native Mandarin language skills, verbal and written
• Fluent English language skills, verbal and written

• Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong with valid visa or Permanent Resident of Hong Kong
