RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively manage and drive the Unsecured Loan teams to develop new business opportunities to achieve business objectives
• Solicitation and expansion of new personal loan finance business for the Company
• Manage daily business operations of the Unsecured Loan Team in accordance with the Company's credit policies and guidelines
• Structure the loan finance facilities and maintain a high quality of loan portfolio to exercise prudent credit assessment
• Provide consultation and analysis on Clients’ financial and business needs. Design tailor-made financial solution to clients
• Expand existing client relationships and build up different new clientele
• Responsible for day-to-day client liaisons to understand key client’s latest financial needs and credit standings
• Develop business relationship with business partners (e.g. consultants, legal firms, etc.)
• Conduct robust and timely review of the loan portfolio in healthy growth rate
• Work harmoniously and cohesively within key stakeholders (e.g. risk management, operations etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years' solid banking / financial experience, with at least 5 years in Money Lending Industrial as well as sales management
• Good business connections with proven track record of success in growing a portfolio and in acquiring new businesses
• Good people management skills, with solid experience in developing talents and achieving results through the team
• Sound credit and business experience in unsecured lending business and relevant clients / industrial network
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
