Job Description

Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit card account maintenance after successful customer’s authentication over phone
  • Handle ATM / eBanking application / alteration request from customer  
  • Handle phone and email enquiries on different banking product / services and marketing program
  • Perform user acceptance test on system enhancement such as eBanking system, ATM / EPS system
  • Regular checking the proper functioning of eBanking system and make report to management and ITD
  • Handle administrative / operational tasks if any

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum 1 year's customer service experience is preferable
  • Good communication skills, proficiency in spoken English and Putonghua
  • Customer service oriented, work under pressure
  • With HKSI is an advantage
