Accounts and Finance Manager

We are looking for an Accounts and Finance Manager to plan for, manage and control the assigned goals, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies. The person would be in-charge to secure short and long term profitable business through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the business, operations and objectives. The person would also be responsible for establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

Key Accountabilities-

• Handle accounts & Finance work including Income-Tax, Service Tax, GST.

• Handle legal agreements related with in-office or third party service providers.

• To manage customs related matter in importing and exporting.

• To maintain all reports including monthly reports, Income statement, e-finance.

• To handle Admin and finance department setup and maintain proper workflow.

• Maintain Excise and sales Invoices and coordination with warehouse and logistics for proper dispatch of goods.

• Optimize account team’s performance and to enable seamless transition of operations.

   

Must Have- Minimum Requirements

• Education: Masters in Business Administration in Finance is a must. Diploma in Taxation Law would be an added benefit.

• Must have solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Tally for accounting operation.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts, Taxation, Logistics is required.

• Must have excellent tax accounting skills.

• Must have sound knowledge to handle tax matters and audits.

• Must know how to handle subsidiaries related with sales tax, service tax, income tax, payroll, property tax matters.

• Must have experience of working in a multinational company.

• Excellent communications skills for internal and external business.

• Must possess strong business ethics.
