Responsibilities:

• Execute daily transactions of mutual funds and prepare relevant reports;
• Process daily settlement and reconciliation operations, record client transactions, prepare client statements and settlement reports;
• Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data input, document filing and generate reports from system;
• Assist in account opening process and handling clients’ enquiries;
• Provide product due diligence and administrative support;
• Handle accounts and settlement services request from clients;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
• 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in mutual funds
• Good knowledge on securities market, especially in mutual funds
• HKSFC type 1 representative license is a must
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and proficiency in MS Office
