Responsibilities:

• Maintain and provide technical support for all aspect of computer infrastructure and information system platform, including IT security system, servers, storage system, mobile service, VoIP system, virtual servers and file server system
• Undertake technical project development and implementation
• Provide 1st level support on desktop hardware and software application, and on-line services
• Administrator and support in VC equipment and VoIP support
• Assist new system or application implementations
• Help desk support to users
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Provide computer operations and support for various computer systems
• Perform system & network monitoring
• Responsible for data backup and PC/LAN support, and maintain network connectivity and print service

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer related discipline
• At least 3-5 years related working experience in providing infrastructure support and trade floor support
• Solid experience in PABX System, MS Exchange, NAS, and Aerohive Wifi cloud configuration
• Able to work independent, maintain high service level standard and willing to learn
• Highly preferred candidate have experience in Medicial institutions;
• Good team player, quality and detail oriented, good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
