Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily running of the call centre
• Set,monitor & review the performance of staff, identify training needs and organize appropriate training sessions
• Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance

Requirements:

• 3 years of related experience  in Call Centre with 1 year managerial level 
• Experience in Call Centre management (Training a small team in cold calls) / Beauty industry will be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
