Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily running of the call centre
- Set,monitor & review the performance of staff, identify training needs and organize appropriate training sessions
- Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance
Requirements:
- 3 years of related experience in Call Centre with 1 year managerial level
- Experience in Call Centre management (Training a small team in cold calls) / Beauty industry will be an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
