Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize tennis leagues, tournaments and other tennis events
• Assist on the management of tennis elite team development
• Provide administration and on-site support of recreation / sports events and competitions
• Promote the sport of tennis
• Ensure smooth daily operations of Kids Zone, and on-site smooth operation of sports gathering, activities and events
• Propose creative ideas in terms of kids activities, plan and organize regular activities for Kids Zone
• Provide regular training to staff for counter operations and product knowledge in order to enhance patrons’ experience
• Provide support of recreation/sports activities and events
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Recreation Administration, Physical Education, Events Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, recreation club or similar establishments
• Knowledge of tennis and passion with young children is an advantage
• Knowledge and background of large-scale event or tournament
• Work on shift duty, including Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays
• Independent, outgoing, self-motivated with good communication skills 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
