Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the Main Counter and Pro Shop at Sports House, including facilities booking
• Establish the good relations with patrons and handle patrons’ enquiries and complaints
• Ensure the neatness and tidiness of front of house, ensure facilities are maintained in good condition, including safety and cleanliness
• Source new sports related merchandises and products for Pro Shop, and monitor the inventory level and its replenishment
• Provide support on recreation / sports activities and events
• Assist to plan and organize regular events and activities
• Promote and cross-sell products, activities and events
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in club house / recreation / property management
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, energetic and a team player
• Service-oriented and independent, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in Point-Of-Sales System is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Coordinator
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Work on shift duty, including Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays
