Responsibilities

• Execute day to day engineering work, supervision of work progress, workmanship and co-ordination of various activities at construction projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors and related parties for project interfaces
• Assist to conduct safety control measures on site
• Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 7 years or above (for Senior Site Supervisor) / 4 years (for Site Supervisor) relevant experience in project co-ordination, supervision and HVAC installation
• Good communication, project coordination and leadership skills
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software application
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the Site Supervisor post
