Diploma / Degree Holder in Building / Construction
Minimum of 5 years work experience in facade projects
Able to effectively monitor project planning, progress, execution and delivery
Familiar with shop & fabrication drawings
Focused in quality control and production
Capable of implementing method statements and programme management
Experienced in managing teams to achieve project objectives and deliverable's
Skilled in monitoring project financials & budgets
A Problem solver that is comfortable in reporting and liaising with clients
Knowledgeable in Hong Kong Building Codes and Regulations
Fluent in English and Cantonese
