           Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (For Subletting)

           Responsibilities

• Subletting (Prepare tender documents, analysis and contract documents).
• cost control.
• material procurement.

           Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Surveying.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in QS field (Experiences in relevant role or contractor's practices in building projects with site experience is preferred).
• Able to work independently and eager to adopt new technologies.
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
