Job description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for Singapore mainly
• Prepare AP & payment vouchers, AR & receipt vouchers and journal vouchers
• Check inter-company reconciliation
• Perform sales, stock and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet report and schedule
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Assist in annual audit and stock take
• Ad-hoc assignments related to daily accounting activities
• Support Thailand daily accounting activities, review vouchers and prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet report and schedule

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants/ ACCA or other recognized professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail industry
• Overseas exposure especially in South East Asia is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Advanced Excel skill, familiar with ERP systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working independently on full set
• Self-initiative, good team player, with good analytical skills and detailed oriented
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
