Responsibilities:

• Responsible for routine accounting tasks including data preparation, data input and filings
• Prepare vouchers and payment arrangements
• Compute Bank reconciliations
• Provide clerical support and perform any other ad hoc duties as would be assigned from time to time
• Occasionally travel is required

Requirements:

• Diploma with LCCI Intermediate or above
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in trading/manufacturing industry
• Diligent and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Detail-minded, willing to learn and good team player
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing; experience in Navision software is an advantage
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
