Scope of duties:

• Responsible for Full-sets of Accounts for Futures Company.
• Preparing monthly FRR return & submit to SFC for each individual company.
• Monitoring Daily Liquid Capital by preparing daily FRR return.
• Preparing Financial statement, budgeting forecast, reconciliation statements.
• Monitor in cash flow and other financial documents.
• Dealing with client’s equity and provide fund enquiries on deposit/withdrawal.
• Report to RO and Managing Director on regularly reports & financial statement monthly basis.
• Preparation of payroll & MPF contribution.
• Supervision of general office administration.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years accounting working experience，financial institution working experience is plus.
• Sound knowledge of HK and PRC accounting standards and tax regulations is preferable.
• Proficient at using MS Windows (Excel and Word)and accounting software（MYOB）.
• Good spoken and written command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
