Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and vouchers for projects;
- Perform routine and accounting duties in receivable and payable;
- Handle general office administration duties and other ad hoc duties as assigned;
- Provide clerical support to projects and whole division.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher diploma in Accounting or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- LCC Intermediate qualification and Experience in NGO are an advantages
- Reasonable level of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC application in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
