Job Description

• To assist the senior management to handle issues including but not limited to costing, budgeting, risk management, tendering, business & workshop administration
• To work closely with Accounts & Finance, Procurement, Business Administration and Workshop teams
• To review contracts and agreements
• To consolidate and analyse different kinds of data and information
• To prepare management reports and presentation materials
• To participate in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Student Member of HKICS is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Sound analytical mind with strong sense of responsibility
• Energetic, creative and able to think out of the box
• Proactive with "Can Do" attitude
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
