Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all aspects of financial activities and reporting duties of the group
• Responsible for group consolidation and monthly management reporting preparation
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for business planning
• Responsible for cash flow management and yearly budget and forecast preparation
• Work closely with financial institutions such as auditors, bankers and tax consultants
• Conduct regular review on internal control and operational workflow of finance operation to ensure efficiency and control assurance
• Participate in annual/interim, M&A reporting
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management, including internal control review, risk management and policy drafting, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications
• Member of recognized accounting professional bodies, e.g. HKICPA/ACCA
• At least 5 years auditing and accounting experience, with experience acquired in listed companies is preferred
• Good command of English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Responsible, initiative, mature and good team player
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Can work overtime if necessary
• Immediate available is preferred
• Occasional business trip may be required
