Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement effective audit programmes across all sectors of the Group’s business and processes, support departments and other operational activities to ensure compliance with the Group’s internal controls and policies
• Enhancing risk awareness and improving the compliance and control culture
• Review effectiveness of control procedures from time to time and provide professional advice to Top Management & Audit Committee
• Lead and manage complex audits from planning through to reporting, ensuring appropriate audit coverage on and quality and timeliness of completion of each audit
• Work closely with Management to build a sound system of internal controls
• Involve in various projects relating to finance and operation of the Group, and other ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• CPA or Professional membership of accredited relevant professional bodies
• Knowledge in accounting, company secretary and/or internal control
• Minimum 8 years’ audit experience, preferably from listed company
• Excellence in communication, report writing and problem solving skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Internal Audit Officer
